County revises more of their salary surveys

On February 4, 2026, the County gave us more revised salary surveys. They added in salary increases that San Mateo and Novato gave to their employees in late 2025, and made some other changes based on presentations that MAPE members gave to them at the bargaining table. They are still thinking over a few other salary surveys based on our presentations.
